Portrait of Robbie
My partner, the French artist Miki – has become so enamoured with all things Derby County, she helped put together the Commons People video. Now an avid follower of The Rams, in honour of Sav’s cracking free kick at The Keepmoat the other night, and wishing the lads good luck against Swansea, I present her portrait of Robbie Savage, and another chance to hear the teaser of the song from the forthcoming Fan Fayre for the Commons people CD.

Bio
(Born: 20th May,1958, Chesterfield, England) is a Bass Player and Lead Vocalist. Formerly with Tubeless Hearts, he played with English Pop band Christie from 1990 to 2003, and featured in Graham Oliver’s Saxon on two European tours, before other commitments resulted in John Ward taking over vocal duties for the resulting Oliver/Dawson Saxon CD releases. Nevertheless, he appeared on Graham Oliver’s solo album End of an Era returning the favour after Oliver had appeared on Tubeless Hearts Three CD. READ MORE….

Oui, je regarde sur le net les résultats ! Porter a marqué à la 14′ ; McEveley un carton jaune à la 25’… Nous en sommes à la 56′ ! Allez, les Rams ! 🙂

Miki, je suppose que la gentille personne que tu étais (que tu es toujours !) doit être déçue… J’espère que le match était agréable à regarder et que Kevin et toi avaient passé une bonne soirée malgré tout !

Oui, très déçue… soooo saaaad! Et Kevin est très en colère… et un Ram en colère, c’est assez impressionnant…
Mais tu sais, nous non plus nous ne voyons pas le match, aucune possibilité ici, même pas a la radio. Alors on suit çà sur l’ordinateur… live texts… pas évident!
Bon, on oublie vite et on reprend espoir pour la prochaine fois, samedi, contre Bristol City.

Bonjour Joel!
Non, pas de satellite. Pas possible d’avoir Sky légalement en résidant en Espagne, et en plus çà n’y est même pas retransmit!
Quand Derby sera dans la Premier League ( 🙂 ), alors il faudra trouver un moyen contre la légalité, car là beaucoup plus de matchs sont retransmis… de toute manière, moi il me faudrait avoir Sky pour pouvoir suivre le parcours européen de golf, qui est ma vraie passion.
J’ai un peu exagéré avec Kevin, il était juste un tout petit peu en colère. En plus j’arrive toujours à le faire rire très vite!

Thanks, Susan… Kevin is working hard on this project, and we hope to have it ready for the middle of may. We also hope to be able to organise a gig in Derby to launch the CD… my dream being to give the entrance money to some children school or institution for children sport education…
