  1. Hi Kev
Nice site & glad to see your stil gigging. I worked with you in Apollo for a couple of weeks just as you started. Very heartfelt epitaph for Jim. Hell of a bloke and definately one of a kind. As Jim would have said himself. I’m really sluffed.
Say hi to Simon for me. He hasnt changed much but PhotoShop is pretty good. The news brought alot if good memories back, especially making Si crap himself with the ghost story in Copenhagen.

Cheers mate. I like your stuff BTW nice

    All the best

  5. Hey Kev,

We used to follow you around the clubs in Yorkshire in the early 1990’s. The main highlight of the month was a Thursday night in the Duck n Drake in Leeds.
You and Foz and Simon nailed a cover by Lenny Kravitz for your encore many times that drove the crowd nuts!

I now live in the USA and for the first time in years tonight I have re listened to Saxons Wheels of Steel LP. This got me thinking of Graham Oliver and then Tubeless Hearts. We watched you play with Mr Oliver in Conisborough years ago. That venue is now a chip shop!!

You are probably thinking who is this? Well, you and me love one of the best bands ever, Budgie. You wrote a great track called Innocence and at the end of that song it has an ending just like the great song Parents!

Anyway my name is Julian and a bunch of us supported you guys way back .

Cheers for the memories and Tubeless really were the bollocks.
